Noon Saakin نْ and Tanween ً ٍ ٌ

Rule of Idgham - اِدْغَامْ

1.      نْIf Noon Saakin  or Tanween i.e Fathatain ً , Kasratain ٍ , or Dummatain ٌ  is followed by any one of these letters ى ر م ل و ن then the situation of Idgham or assimilation occurs.

2.      There are two types of Idghams

??         Idgham with Ghunnah  اِدْغَامْ بِغُنَّة - Nasal Sound such as in the word mink, sink, link etc. The letters applicable in this scenario are ى و م ن

??         Idgham without Ghunnah  اِدْغَامٌ نَاقِصٌ  - No nasal sound. The letters applicable in this scenario are the ل and ر
