Heavy or Soft Pronounciation of Raa

| If the letter Raa bears a Dummah, Dummah Tanween or a
Fathah and if it is preceded by a Layyinah Yaa ى
then if the recitor does not stop at the letter Raa then it should
be recited with Tafkheem but if a stop is made then Raa should be recited
with Tarqeeq.
