Soft Pronounciation of Raa ??? تَرْقِيْق

| As shown in the examples, the letter Raa bears Dummah,
Dummatain or Fatha however, in case of a stop this letter Raa ر
becomes Saakin. In such a case, if the preceding letter bears a
Kasrah or Kasrah Tanween then the letter Raa is pronounced Soft or thin
i.e. Muraqqaq مُرَقَّقْ
