Pronounciation of Raa ??? تَرْقِيْق

| In case of a stop, if a Sakin Raa رْ
is preceded by a Sakin letter (except Mutbaqah letters) that is in turn
preceded by a letter bearing a Kasra then the letter Raa is pronounced
Soft or thin i.e. Muraqqaq مُرَقَّقْ
