| In case of a stop, if a Sakin Raa رْ
is preceded by a Sakin letter (except Yaa Sakin يْ
) that is in turn preceded by a letter bearing a Fatha or Dummah
then the letter Raa is pronounced heavy or with Tafkheem تَفْخِيْم
